At Rooted to Rise, we believe nourishing food should arrive as fresh as possible.
Unlike mass-produced snacks that may sit in warehouses for weeks or months, our crackers are crafted in small batches and baked after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps maximize freshness, maintain quality, and reduce unnecessary food waste.
Because we intentionally prioritize freshness over mass production, every order requires a short preparation period before shipping.
We believe good food is worth waiting a little for.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically prepared and baked within 2–4 business days.
During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of higher demand, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Orders ship from Ajax, Ontario, Canada.
Once your order has been freshly prepared and carefully packaged, it will be shipped using tracked delivery through our trusted shipping partners.
Estimated delivery times:
Rooted Standard Delivery: Approximately 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: Approximately 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been prepared and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
OUR FRESHNESS PROMISE
Our crackers are intentionally baked fresh to order rather than produced in large quantities and stored for long periods.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, your order will simply be included in our next baking batch rather than being cancelled. This allows us to provide the freshest possible product while reducing unnecessary food waste.
If your order is expected to experience an unusual delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package throughout its journey.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Rooted to Rise is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
DAMAGED ORDERS
We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photographs of the package and product so we can review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
LOST PACKAGES
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your tracking indicates a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
RETURNS
Because our crackers are freshly baked food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
